This blog is the transcript of my attempts to navigate the spiritual life, academia and motherhood.
I am a PhD candidate in Gender Studies at Bar Ilan University, Israel. My PhD research develops a theory of pregnant subjectivity through a feminist reading of Kabbalistic and Hassidic texts.
I am a mother of one beautiful boy and wife to an astonishingly patient husband. Together we are trying to make the world a little more loving and enlightened. We try our best to be mindful and committed parents.
I am a Jew. A small-time Kabbalistic dabbler and lover of Talmud. I get the privilege of living and learning in a pretty nice corner of the Holy Land.
